摘要
以二化螟为材料,研究了新有机磷杀虫剂 P-135光学异构体生物活性的差异,结果表明,P-135光学异构体对二化螟幼虫在生物活性方面存在显著差异,体内、体外酶系反应、虫体触杀及植物内吸活性等方面均证实了这一点,其中 P-135(+)体毒力最高。P-135(±)体次之,P-135(-)体毒力最低。采用点滴法和管测法,P-135(+)体的毒力是P-135(-)的7.59倍(点滴法)和7.36倍(管测法)。P-135的3种异构体对二化螟多功能氧化酶的影响也有明显差异。
The difference of the biological activities and biochemical mechanism of the optical isomers of organophosphorus insecticide P-135 to Chilo supperssalis were studied.The results showed the obvious dif- ference of the optical isomers of P-135 to Chilo suppressalis were comfired in the reaction of microsomal mixcd-function oxidases (in viv and in vitro),topical application and systemic action.The toxicity of the P-135 optical isomers were in following order:the(+)-isomer>the (±)-isomer>the (-)-isomer. The toxicity of the (+)-isomer of P-135 was 7.36 times as that of the (-)-isomer by the residual film.The significant difference were expressed in the effect of the optical isomers of P-135 to the microsomal mixed-function oxidases activities of Chilo suppressalis.
