摘要
为探索在浙江、福建沿海岛屿及云南通海等地发现的自然生长中国水仙与漳州历年栽培的中国水仙间的亲缘关系,测定了它们的过氧化物同工酶。结果表明自然生长中国水仙,云南通海、上海崇明中国水仙与漳州栽培种中国水仙是同一个种(Narcissus lazella var.chinensis Roem)。
The peroxidase isozymes were examined for studying the phylogenetic relation- ship among Chinese narcissuses growing wildly and cultivated in Zhangzhou District for years.Results showed that all narcissuses collected from Tonghai,Yunnan Province, Chongming Island,Shanghai blong to same species,Narcissus tazetta var.chinensis.
