摘要
室内和田间接种鉴定表明,甘薯新品种金山57具有高抗蔓割病兼抗薯瘟病菌群Ⅰ,且对来自不同地区蔓割病的9个菌株抗性反应稳定.追溯渊源,该品种抗性来自 C180,亲子间有密切相关的抗性遗传及不同世代品种间的抗性血缘关系.
Results from the inoculation tests both in the field and in the laboratory showed that the new cultivar,Jinshan No.57 of sweet potato developed by the Agronomy Department,FAC was highly resistant to fusarium wilt with stable reactions to 9 isolates of fusarium wilt fungus from different locations and resistant to group I of sweet potato Pseudomonas solanacearum.The resistant sources of the new cultivar were determined to be from the resistant parent of cv.C180 and their resistant kinship among varieties of dif- ferent generations.
