国外扩大内需措施的启示

Enlightenment from Measures to Enlarge Domestic Demand in Foreign Countries

有效需求不足,特别是内需不足,是制约我国经济持续稳定发展的重要原因。国外一些国家在解决国内需求不足时采取的增加财政支出,扩大公共投资;实行税制改革,减免税收;倡导个人消费信贷,促进消费;扶植中小企业,扩大就业等措施,对我国政府实施积极财政政策,增加有效需求具有一定的借鉴意义。

Insufficient effective demand,especially insuffient domestic demands,is an important reason that restricts the continuous steady development of our economy.In some foreign countries,measures taken to solve insufficient domestic demands such as increasing expenditure,enlarging public investment,carrying out reform in taxation,reducing tax revenue,advocating private consumer credit,promoting consumption,proping up medium-sized and small enterprises and enlarging employment can be used for reference for our government to implement active fiscal policy and to increase effective demands.
