烤烟不同品种叶片结构的解剖观察 被引量:38

摘要 通过对5个烤烟品种三叶位及单叶三部位的解剖观察,显微统计其表皮腺毛、气孔、叶肉和叶片厚度数量结构的差异.结果表明,腺毛密度在品种、叶位间分别以 G_(80)和翠碧Ⅰ号的顶叶和叶尖为最大,提纯401最小.气孔大小与气孔密度相关不显著,与气孔器面积相关极显著.单位叶面积气孔器总面积比值说明水、气代谢水平和要求以 G_(80)为最高,其次为 K_(326),翠碧1号最低.叶片厚与叶肉厚相关极显著,栅栏层与海绵层的比值以及栅栏细胞的长宽比在品种间 K_(326)>G_(80)居首位,K_(394)和提纯401最低,顶叶>腰叶>脚叶. Through anatomic observation on three leaf positions(apical,waist and basic leaves)and three leaf parts(leaf apex,middle and base)of five flue-cured tobacco varieties,the quantitative and structural dif- ferences of epidemal glandular hair,stomata,mesophyll and leaf thickness were counted microscopically and then analysed statistically.The results showed that G_(80)and Cuipi No.1 have higher density of glandular hair on their apical leaves and leaf apex,while Tichun 401 has the lowest one.Stomatal size is not obviously relat- ed to stomatal density but highly significantly related to area of stomatal apparatus.Total area of stomatal apparatuses per unit leaf area indicated that the level and reqircment of water and gas metabolism were the greatest in G_(80),followed by K_(326)and were the smallest in Cuipi No.1.There was a highly significant correla- tion between leaf thickness and mesophyll thickness.Ratios of pulisade layers to spongy layers and length to width of palisade cells were the highest in K_(326),followed by G_(80)and were the lowest in K_(394)and Tichun 401, and performed in leaf positions as apical>waist>basic leaves.
