摘要
在28±1℃干燥胁迫和渗透胁迫条件下,探讨了水分胁迫下2a 生枇杷实生苗叶片 SOD 活性、脂质过氧化产物 MDA 的累积、细胞膜相对透性与叶片组织相对含水量的变化及其相互关系.结果表明,随着叶片相对含水量的下降,SOD 活性降低,MDA 含量上升,细胞膜透性增大.叶片相对膜透性与相对含水量呈极显著负相关.相关系数 r=-0.8794--0.9596.
Relationships between the changes of lipid peroxidation(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities,relative permeability of cell membrane(RPCM),and the relative water content(RWC)in leaves of loquat were studied under dehydration at 28±1℃ and then incubated in solutions with different concentra- tions of sugar.The results indicated that the MDA content increased,and the SOD activity decreased,and RPCM increased along with the deercase of RWC.The RPCM was significantly negatively correlated to RWC,r=-0.8794--0.9596.
