劳动权是一种弱权利。从劳动权的产生到今天的发展 ,它相对于用人单位来说 ,仍显得很微弱 ,这就产生了要对其进行保护的必要。如何保护好劳动权不受侵犯 ,是当今劳动法所要解决的重要问题之一。
The labor rights are weak ones. From its emergence to its development, the labor rights are still weak for the employing units. So, it is necessary to protect the labor rights. How to protect labor rights is one of resolutions in labor law.
