随着改革开放的不断深化 ,非公有制经济迅猛发展 ,随之产生的重大问题是 ,非公有制企业能否实行职代会制度 ,作者对此作了肯定的回答 ,并对此进行了有益的探讨。

With the reform and opening-up developing in depth, the non-public enterprises have speed development. But there are some serious problems. One of these problems is whether these enterprises can carry out the system of workers' congress. The author thinks that they can do and discuss this problem.
