Analysis and Consideration on Factors Restrict Our College

新世纪我校发展应注意处理好以下几个方面的问题:(一)更新观念,处理好改革、发展与稳定的关系;(二)处理好硬件和软件建设的关系;(三)处理好规模、质量、效益和可持续发展的关系;(四)处理好教学、科研与行政管理的关系;(五)处理好学历教育、职业培训并重与突出特色的关系。

The factors that restrict our college are reflected in the following aspects: the college' s status and aim is not clear; the hardware construction is not sufficient; the teachers are not stable and their quality are not very high; the concept about public security education management is not modern; the training and promotion of outstanding teachers lack of a systematic plan, etc..So, these relationships should be dealt with well: Ⅰ. reform, development, and stability; Ⅱ. hardware and software; Ⅲ. scale, quality, benefit, and continuable development; Ⅳ. teaching, scientific research, and administrative management; Ⅴ. academic education and professional training.
