摘要
“三股势力”为实现分裂祖国的罪恶目的,打着“民族”、“宗教”、“人权”等旗号,在境内外实施恐怖破坏活动。公安机关在打击对策上应继续坚持“严打高压”态势;完善反恐怖预案;建立打击“三股势力”有效机制;加强国际合作;制定和完善反恐怖的相关法规。
Three Gangs' , in order to realize their criminal purpose that divides the homeland ,take terrorism home and abroad under the banner of ' nation ' , ' religion ' and ' human rights ' etc .' Strict Beat and high-handed ' is the strike object. Anti- terrorism system in advance should be established effectively, meanwhile, strengthening the international cooperation to 'Three Gangs' .
