对驰名商标给予扩大保护已是世界性的潮流。驰名商标的保护,不以注册为先决条件,不论其是否已注册,要给予同样的保护。对驰名商标要进行反淡化保护及网上保护。

Enlarging the protection to the well-known trademark has been a worldwide trend .This paper aims at discussing the definition of well-known trademark and its identification's standard, organization, methods and its protection reference, standard ,etc., and the protection of well-known trademark on the internet.
