高校作为特殊的教育场所,在文化建设方面应加强思想道德文化建设、科学知识文化建设、活动形态文化建设、组织制度文化建设、环境设施文化建设、校园风尚文化建设。在建设的过程中,注意处理校园文化与社会文化的关系、课堂教育与非课堂教育的关系等。

Being a special place of education, the college should strengthen the cultural construction of education in ethics, science and knowledge, activities, organized system, environment facilities and vogue of campus. During the construction, we should pay attention to the relationship between campus culture and social culture, classroom education and non classroom education.
