Putting the Idea of “Three Representatives” into Effect to Facilitate the Development of Public Security Institutions of Higher Education

目前公安高等教育正处于改革和发展的关键时期,有一系列重要的理论和实践问题需要探索思考,我们一定要深入学习落实“三个代表”的重要思想,紧密结合公安高校的实际,身体力行,把“三个代表”重要思想贯彻落实到公安教育的各项工作中去,按照“三个代表”的要求,全面加强公安高校的党的建设和思想文化建设,努力提高公安高校教育教学质量,实现公安高等教育的跨越式发展。

Currently public security institutions of higher education are in a key period of reform and development, andthus being faced with a series of issues involving important theories and practice to be seriously considered and probed into. Thesolution to all this lies in the implementation of the important idea of the 'Three Representatives' in all of the tasks in publicsecurity education and in following up the requirements of the 'Three Representatives' to enhance the reconstruction of theParty and that of ideology and culture in public security institutions of higher education to bring forth a great leap forward in thereform and development of public security education.
