The Psychological Analysis of the Thought of Justice

人人希求正义,正义是社会的主要价值。正义是一种伦理观念,根植于人类的本性。本文试图从心理学的角度分析正义观念。本文通过研讨人类的本能和基本心理,得出结论自我保存本能是正义存在的基础;对攻击性本能的压抑产生正义;以爱为基础的情感联系使正义稳固;人们心理的平衡需要正义。

Everyone is in pursuit of justice; justice is the main value of the society. Justice is a kind of esthetical thought, which is footed in the essence of human kind. The paper tries to analyze the thought of justice with the perspective of psychology. By analyzing the instinct and basic psychology, the paper draws the conclusion that the instinct of self-protecting is the rationale of justice; and justice originates from the impression of the instinct of attacking; the emotion based on love makes justice more stable; and the balance of psychology needs justice.
