摘要
中国铝业贵州分公司第一铝矿外部运输方式原设计为架空索道,运行二十多年后问题增多,有些问题已形成重大安全隐患,影响生产的正常进行。经对索道运输系统进行调查研究,并用汽车运输方式进行综合比较,发现汽车运输方式比索道运输有很多优势。故选定汽车运输代替索道运输,其后对装矿站及卸矿站进行设计改造,建立了汽车运输系统。汽车运输系统从2002年7月应用至今运行正常,达到了预期效果。
The outside transportation way of No.1 Branch Mine was previously designed to be cableway. Afrer more than 20 years operating, production problems increased. Some problems had formed great safety trouble, and had influenced normal production. Through the investigating of cableway transportation system, and compared withthe autombile transportation way, it was found that automobile transportation way had a lot of superiority, so theautomobile transportation way was used,then the loading and unloading station were reformed,and automobile transformation system was built. Since July 2002 the automobile transportation system has been in normal motion.
