静脉输血中常见不良反应的护理

Study on the nursing of the normal adverse reactions in venous transfussion

目的 探讨静脉输血中常见不良反应的处理方法。方法 针对静脉输液中常见的诸如溶血反应、致热原反应、过敏反应、病原污染反应等问题 ,分别作出原因分析 ,采取不同的措施予以处理。结果 94例次中 ,5 5例无不良反应 ,3 1例次出现致热原反应 ,8例次出现过敏反应 ,未出现溶血反应、病原污染反应等其他并发症。结论 根据不同的原因 ,采取不同的措施进行恰当的处理 。

Objective To study the methods of dealing with the normal adverse reactions in venous transfusion.[Methods]Analysis was made on the normal adverse reactions in venous transfusion such as hemolytic reaction, pyrogen reaction, allergic reaction, pathogenic pollution reaction, etc. Different measures were taken to deal with them.[Results]Among the 94 cases, 55 cases had no adverse reactions; 31 cases had pyrogen reaction, 8 cases had allergic reaction; no hemolytic reaction and pathogenic pollution reaction was found.[Conclusion]It is vital to deal with different causes with different measures to ensure the safety of venous transfusion.
