《行政许可法》是关于行政许可的统一而专门的法律,它的实施将对我国政府管理产生重大的影响。《行政许可法》所确立的主要理念不仅是对行政许可本身的规范和重大改革,也是对公安工作的进一步规范。因此,各级公安机关应以《行政许可法》的实施为契机,加快公安行政管理模式的转换,这已成为一项迫在眉睫的重要任务。

The Administrative Law is an united and especial law whose application plays an important role in the government management. The main ideas in the Administrative Law not only transform the administrative license itself, but also unite the public security work further. So the public security organs at different levels should accelerate the transformation of the public security administrative pattern.
