摘要
在道路交通管理方面,法德两国都采取中央政府和地方政府两级管理体制。法国、德国城市市内道路普遍狭窄,但交通仍能保持通畅,反映出交通组织水平比较高。借助于计算机、通讯等先进技术,德国的交通指挥控制实现了智能化。
In France and Germany, road traffic control is operated by two-stage government, the central government and local government. Though most of roads are narrow and cramped, city traffic is unobstructed because of the effective traffic control. By the aid of computers and networks, the traffic control of Germany has accomplished intelligent management.
