正确的观点 缺憾的论证——评郝铁川先生《中国依法治国的渐进性》一文

Right Argument but Wrong Ground of the Argument——Comment on Pro. Hao's article:Gradually Improvement of Rule of Law in China

认为郝铁川先生《中国依法治国的渐进性》一文的论点是正确的 ,但是论证过程中存在的缺憾使该论点所质有的说服力有所削减 ,且文中三个论据———“穷国无法治”、“愚昧无法治”、“乱世无法治”———显得有些偏激的表述方式不但催生了对表述内容本身的怀疑 ,而且存在被人误解以至利用的危险 。

We think that the argument of the article:Gradually Improvement of Rule of Law in China, which wrote by Pro. Haotiechuan is right, but three grounds of the aforesaid argument: no 'rule of law' in poor nations,no 'rule of law' in illiterate nations, no 'rule of law' in disordered nations, are suspicious.
