摘要
根据有关ICP侵权的立法和判例 ,对ICP侵权所涉及的ICP的法律地位、ICP侵权行为的表现形式、ICP侵权的法律责任的归责原则和承担方式等问题进行了探讨和分析 。
Based on the analysis of regulation on ICP torts and cases, the article makes the deep research in the legal status of ICP, the features of ICP torts, the principles and form of the torts of legal liability, and in the end produces some advisable measures to perfect ICP torts.
