摘要
中国高等学校在管理体制方面,特别是人事管理制度方面,呈现出与市场经济、现有社会发展状况不协调与不统一的弊端。为此,在管理理念、管理原则、管理艺术与管理体制上都必须通过借鉴企业先进管理经验,不断完善。
In view of the fact that the higher learning institutions in China is not well coordinated and unified with market economy and the current status of social development on the aspect of management system, especially on that of personnel management system, the author proposes to constantly improve the management conception, the management principles, the management arts and the management system by drawing on the advanced managerial experience of modern enterprises.
