摘要
旅游企业的运作模式演变是旅游需求拉动和技术推动的结果。而价格、质量、品种、信誉和环保是影响旅游需求的五大因素,旅游企业的运作模式将经历五个阶段:基于成本竞争、基于质量竞争、基于柔性竞争、基于服务竞争和基于环保竞争。在每个不同的阶段,旅游企业都要有相应的对策。
The transmutation of operational patterns of tourism enterprises is the result of the pulling of tourism demand and the pushing of technology. And the five factors that affect tourism demand are price, quality, variety, reputation and environment protection. The transmutation of operational patterns of tourism enterprises has five phases, which are the Cost-based Competition, the Quality-based Competition, the Variety-based Competition, the Service-based Competition, and the Environment Protection-based Competition. At every different phase, tourism enterprises should have the corresponding solvents.
