聚乙烯醇胶乳油井水泥体系的研制与应用

摘要 研究表明 ,胶乳加量增大时 ,油井水泥浆失水迅速变小 ;稠化时间延长、初始稠度减小 ;游离水得到有效控制 ;水泥石的抗压强度减小、柔性增大 。 Based on the analysis of the existing cementing problem to small annular well, the latex cement of polyvinyl alcohol was developed and applied in practice. The study results show that the fluid loss and the initial consistency decrease, and the thickening time of cement slurry increase with the increase of latex addition. As the latex addition increase, the free water of cement slurry approach to zero, and the compressive strength of cement stone is reduced, and the flexibility of stone increase. The reasonable latex cement can well solve the difficult problem at the cementing practice of small annular well.
