苯乙烯与顺丁烯二酸酐非水分散共聚合的研究

摘要 采用非水分散共聚合法合成了重均相对分子质量高达46万,粒径分布范围窄的SMA共聚物,并研究了单体浓度、稳定剂用量、反应温度、引发剂用量等因素与产物颗粒大小、相对分子质量及产率的关系。用红外光谱、核磁共振谱、高效液相色谱、热分析、透射电子显微和元素分析对SMA结构进行了表征。 High molecular weight SMA copolymer of styrene and maleic anhydride was prepared by non-aqueous dispersion copolymerization in the presence of a new steric stabilizer. Its average molecular weight determined by GPC method is high up to 460000, and size range of the dispersed particles is narrow. The factors affecting particle size, molecular weight, yield were investigated by the concentrations of monomers, the reaction temperatures, the amounts of initiator and stearic stabilizer. The molecular structure of SMA was characterized by IR, NMR, DTA, HPLC, TEM and element analysis.
