摘要
研究发现甘薯“闽抗330”的叶片组织粗提液对甘薯薯瘟病原细菌(Pseudomonas solanacoarum E.F.Smith)的生长有抑制作用,而感病品种“新种花”则无明显的抑制效应.IEF分析结果表明,这种不同的作用与一种特异性的蛋白质有关,其等电点pH在6左右,这两种甘薯品种叶片组织的粗提液经薯瘟病原细菌(低毒菌)吸附后,“闽抗330”品种中的这条蛋白质带消失,而感病品种“新种花”本身就无这条蛋白带,表明品种对薯瘟病的抗病性与这一蛋白质有关。凝集活性测定结果表明,两个品种的叶片粗提液均存在对兔红细胞的凝集活性。
In this study, we discover that the extract from the leaves of the discaseresistant variety 'Min-Kang 330' shows an inhibitant effect on the growth of Pseudomonas solanacoarum (E. F. Smith) but the extract from the diseaseinfective variety 'Xinzhonghua' does not has obvious effect of this kind. IEF analysis turns out that the extract of the leaves from 'Min-Kang 330' has a specific protein which disappears after absorption by Pseudomonas solanacoarum. Agglutination test shows that the extracts of both two kinds of varieties have agglutinative activity of rabbit red cells.
