本文讨论图书订购中复本的平均状态宏观控制问题,首先从实践角度进一步阐明调控复本平均状态的基本公式,认为对复本进行平均状态控制应以对各个学科平均复本指数的调控为基础,然后讨论用模糊综合评判原理设计按学科合理分配购书经费的数学模式。

The paper discusses the question of duplication average control in library acquisition, in the light of practice,the author futher clarifies the basic formula of duplication average control and points out the control should base itself on the control of duplication average index per subject. A mathematical model for book fund allocation by the subject is fully discussed, which is designed after the fuzzy synthetic evaluation principle.
