透镜定心的控制边厚差法的探讨

Research of Controlled Method of Edge Thickness Difference for the Centring of Lens

本文讨论透镜定心的允许边厚差的精确计算方法、边厚差的测量方法及加工工艺程序,精度分析表明,对于大口径透镜的高精度定心,本文所述方法是可行、有效和实用的,对于难定心的同心或近同心透镜,本法也有实际应用的意义。

The accurate calculating method of allowable edge thickness difference and the measuring method of edge thickness difference for the centring of lens, and the processing procedure of lens are discussed in this paper. The analysis of accuracy shows that present method is practicable and effective for the high accurate centring of large diameter lens. Furthermore, for the concentrical or the approximately concentrical lenses of difficult centring, present method has also meaning of practical application.
