摘要
商务活动强调诚信原则,但在商务谈判中,好的骗术只要不是以欺诈为目的是不会受到非议的;同样,虚假的言语只要不超过一定的范围和程度也是可以接受的。拟从谈判目标着手对商务谈判语言的伦理性进行分析,从而明确什么样的言语才能建立和维护正常的谈判秩序。
The principle of honesty and credit is stressed in business activities;however,hypocritical language is acceptable in a business negotiation.An ethical analysis of the language used in a business negotiation on the basis of its target is made so as to make clear what language is necessary in establishing and maintaining the normal order of a business negotiation.
