CNPC serves China's oil security

摘要 当前中国油气消费进入快速增长时期,油气资源短缺已成为经济和社会发展的重要制约因素,必须抓紧制定和实施油气资源可持续发展战略,搞好石油天然气资源的勘探、开发、生产和节约使用,保障国民经济长期稳定发展。 China's oil and gas consumption has entered the great era of fast increasing. However, being short of oil and gas has become one of the main restricted elements of China's economic and social development. It is necessary to establish and implement strategy of sustainable development, and pay attention to the exploitation, development, production and saving of oil and gas. Chengeng, president of CNPC, believes that CNPC, as the country's biggest national oil company, should take the responsibility of ensuring China's oil security in hand, and fully sets up a multinational group with international competitiveness. He reiterated CNPC's strategic orientation as a national company, which is a new tendency for this China's biggest oil company and an effective action to respond the views of scientific development promoted by the new round of Chinese leaders.
