Countries, developed or developing, rich in resources or poor in resources, all have to explore oil and gas resources worldwide by technology and capital cooperation more or less. At present, it is the very time that SINOPEC is speeding up the implementation of its 'go abroad' strategy. Here, two senior experts listed 7 approaches and portrayed the optional 'roadmap'.
