摘要
教代会制度是高校民主管理的基本形式。完善教代会制度,首先要加强党的领导,动员教职员工依法进行民主管理和民主监督,逐步规范教代会工作程序,充分发挥教代会作用。
Teachers' congress system is a basic form of democratic management in colleges and universities. We should strengthen the CPC's leading role, arouse teaching and administrative staff to carry on democratic management and supervision according to law, gradually regulate work process of teachers' congress and bring its role into full play.
