充分发挥工会在改革、发展、稳定中的作用,加强工会民主参与,对于从"源头"上维护职工的合法权益,强化职工群众的民主监督,转变工会的工作方式和运行机制,提高工会的工作水平,发挥工会工作的作用,具有积极意义。

We should give full play to trade unions' role of democratic participation in the process of reform, development and stability. It has active meaning of safeguarding workers' legitimate rights, strengthening their democratic supervision, changing trade unions' work way and running mechanism.
