摘要
21世纪的企业与员工之间的劳动关系需要新模式———以法律契约和心理契约作为调节员工与企业关系的双重纽带的合作伙伴关系:一方面用劳动法确定员工与企业双方的权利、义务、利益关系;另一方面企业与员工应在共同愿景基础上就核心价值观达成共识,培养员工的职业道德,实现员工的自我发展与管理。
Labor relations between enterprises and staff in the 21st century need a new model——using legal contracts and psychological contracts as adjusting relations of the parties to industrial relations. Their relations are cooperative partnership. On the one hand, labor law can definite rights, duties and interests between business and staff; on the other hand, the parties to industrial relations can have common consensus about core values in order to train staff's occupational ethics and realize their own development and management.
