工会干部素质状况及提高途径

Actual Situation of Trade Union Cadres and Approaches of Improvement

针对少数工会干部年龄偏大、文化程度相对偏低、专业结构不尽合理和思想观念较为陈旧等问题,必须着重提高工会干部的思想素质,增强群众观念和责任意识,提高专业知识水平和业务能力,以及依法办事依法维权的能力。

Aiming at that some trade union cadres' problems' such as older age, lower level of education, unreasonable professional structure and outmoded concept, we must take efforts to improve the ideological quality of trade union cadres. In the same time, we must to enhance their concept of mass and responsibility, improve their level of knowledge and profession and their ability of protecting workers' rights according to law.
