摘要
由于中英语言在诗歌上所表现出来的形式、风格和文化层面不同 ,那么由这种形式、风格和文化层面传达出来的原汉语古诗文本意义和英译的汉语古诗文本意义也一定各有不同。所以 ,在某种意义上讲 。
This paper holds that due to differences in form, style and culture between the original and the translation of classic Chinese poetry, the meaning of translated classic Chinese poems is bound to differ from that of the originals.Therefore, to certain extent some ancient Chinese poems can never be completely translated.
