摘要
对德化县瓷作业劳动卫生状况调查,发现主要的职业性危害因素有生产性粉尘、重金属毒物、CO、噪声及高温。瓷厂肿瘤死亡人数占总死亡人数的48.3%,其中烤花烧成车间癌死亡人数占62.1%。造气车间空气中 CO 浓度24.12～355.94mg/m^3,最高时达2047.08mg/m^3。
The investigation of the labor hygiene of the productive work of porcelain in Dehua County found that the main factors of occupational jeopardy are productive dust,heavy metal poison,carbon monoxide,noise and high temperature.The mortality rate of tumor sufferers in the porcelain plant amounted to 48% of the total mortality rate.Among them,the cancer victims from baking and final fir- ing workshop amounted to 62.1%.The density of CO in the air of the gas-producing workshop was 24. 12～355.95mg/m^3,the peak density being 2047.08mg/m^3.
