摘要
对权力进行了较为深刻的论述,提出了"权力的二重性"和"权力异化"的观点,认为"权力的二重性"是权力腐败的基础,"权力异化"是权力腐败的条件。
This paper discusses profoundly the denotation of power, puts forward the views of 'Power's dual distinction' and 'power dissimilation', thinks power's dual distinction to be the foundation of power corruption and power dissimilation to be the premise of power corruption.
