外源NO供体SNP浸种对盐胁迫下水稻幼苗生长的影响 被引量:38

Effects of Soaking Seeds in Exogenous Nitric Oxide Donor on Growth of RiceSeedlings Under Salt Stress

摘要 以0.2、0.4和0.6 mmolL-1的一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)供体硝普钠(SNP)浸泡水稻“武育粳3号”种子后,放在含NaCl的琼脂中成苗,受盐胁迫的水稻幼苗地上部和地下部生长受抑均有一定程度的缓解,耐盐比率提高,其中以0.4 mmolL-1的SNP作用最为明显。 The seeds of rice cultivar Wuyujing 3 were soaked by 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6 mmolL-1 SNP, a nitric oxide(NO) donor. The growths of shoot and root of rice seedling inhibited on agar medium containing differentconcentrations of NaCl were alleviated in a certain scale. The salt tolerance ratio of rice seedlings enhanced.Among them, the effect of 0.4 mmolL-1 SNP pretreatment was the most obvious.
