子宫肌瘤的彩色多普勒血流显像

Colour Doppler Blood Flow Imaging of Uterine Leiomyoma

应用Acuson 128XP/10电脑声像仪检查诊断32例子宫肌瘤(19例经病理证实)和19例正常子宫。发现子宫肌瘤多为富血供型肿瘤(81.25%),其彩色血流显示率随体积增大而增加,所显示的彩色血流丰富程度与肌瘤内部结构回声类型有关,且与各型肌瘤的血管病理变化相符合。子宫肌瘤的血供以动脉为主,瘤体内血流的阻力指数(RT)值显著低于正常子宫肌壁。

32 cases with uterine leiomyoma, 19 of which were subsequently confirmed by pathology,and 19 normal matches were studied with Acuson 128 XP/10 computed sonography. The results of the color Doppler flow imaging showed that most uterine leiomyoma (81. 25) were rich in color blood flow. The display rate of color blood flow increased with gaining diameter in leiomyoma and the dense degrees of colour flow displayed in leiomyoma were concerned with the echoic types of leiomyoma, which were corresponding to the pathologic changes of uterine leiomyoma. Colour flows showed in the leiomyoma were mainly arterial blood flow. The RI value of the leiomyomatous vessels was markedly lower than that of the mvometrial vessels.
