大型跨国公司对中国农业投资初探

A Study of Multinationals’ Investment in China’s Agriculture

跨国公司对我国农业的投资是根据十六大报告中所述的建设现代农业 ,发展农村经济的方针而提出的 ,是基于我国农业面临的严峻现实而提出的新构想。文章通过国外跨国公司对我国产业投资结构的分析 ,以及我国农业现状与西方发达国家农业模式相比较来论述国外跨国公司对我国农业投资的可行性 ,并对相关模型提出设想。

Through an analysis of the investment structure of multinationals in Chinese Industries and a comparison of the status quo of Chinese Agriculture and the agricultural mode of developed countries, this paper explores the feasibility of multinationals' investment in China's agriculture and proposes a pattern of the investment.
