鼻咽癌凝集素受体的检测和分析

Analysis and Detection of Lectin Receptors in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

应用ABC亲合细胞化学方法,以生物素化凝集素UEA,SBA,PNA,PSA标记94例鼻咽癌和23例慢性鼻咽炎组织切片。结果显示。鼻咽癌UEA,SBA受体阳性率(26.6%,8.5%)显著低于正常上皮(96.5%,85.2%),并随着癌瘤分化程度降低而递减。表明鼻咽上皮癌变后UEA,SBA受体明显丢失,反映了细胞分化水平,说明癌细胞糖蛋白合成障碍,糖链结构发生变化,导致肿瘤生物学特性发生改变。本结果指出,应用PNA作标记对于认识鼻咽低分化腺癌可能有所裨益。

The expression of four lectins (UEA,SBA,PNA,PSA) was studied in 32 chronic nasopharynhitis and 94 nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Quantitative and distributive differences in lectin receptors expression were observed between normal and carcinomatous nasopharyngeal epithelia. Most of nasopharyngeal carcinma cells showed negative reaction to UEA and SBA. They are more likely to be an epiphenomenon reflecting a disturbance in glycoprotein biosynthesis, associated with alterations in cellular function and differentiation. The result suggested that UEA,SBA and PNA may be useful lectins for the diagnosis of cancerous lesion of nasopharynx.
