融资杠杆收购是一种资本运营技术。它是基于外部融资机制的资本运营技术之一,已在市场经济发达国家企业收购与并购中广泛运用。处于转型经济的国度中,采用相对低成本的产权交易技术,有利于加速传统经济模式下的企业产权关系向现代市场经济条件下的企业产权关系转变。
The financing Leveraged buyout is one of the capital operating tools. The financing leveraged buyout is widely used for takeover of a company by financing funds in the developed countries. In the country which is changing the economic system from the traditional model to economic model, the lower cost of the capital trade is favorable for making current relationship of shareholders for the traditional company.
