摘要
应用放射性免疫分析法测定45例扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者的血浆心钠素(PANP)水平,并使用彩色多普勒超声心动图测定其心功能指标。结果示,DCM 患者 PANP 水平较对照组显著增高,且与心衰的严重程度呈正相关,PANP 与左室射血分数(LVEF)、心脏指数(CI)呈显著负相关,与二尖辦口 A 波最大速度与 E 波最大速度的比值(A/E)呈明显正相关。测定 PANP 水平对于评价 DCM 患者心脏收缩及舒张功能有一定的参考意义。
Plasma antinatrium peptide(PANP)of 45 cases of dilatational cardiomyopathy(DCM)was de- termined.We found that the PANP level in DCM patient coincided with degree of cardiac failure but negatively correlated with the indexs of LVEF and CI.In the terminal stage of heart failure PANP di- minished.PANP did not correlate with cardiac rhythmicity(P<0.01).It is suggested that the level of PANP can be used to estimate the systolic and diastolic function in DCM patients.
