摘要
针对目前安吉县生态公益林建设存在的主要问题,提出从强化政府行政首长责任制、加强宣传、建立健全稳定的投入保障机制、调整结构、正确处理好生态公益林建设和效益林业的关系5方面着手,抓生态建设促经济发展,全面实施“生态安吉”。
In view of existing problem at ecological forest construction in Anji, Zhejiang province, proposals were offered such as strengthening responsibility system and promotion activities, establishing stable input assurance system, adjusting structure and better resolving relation between ecological forest and beneficial forestry.
