引入青海省小尾寒羊血清铜蓝蛋白酶活性的测定

Determination of Serum Ceruloplasmin Activity in Han-sheep with Small Tail Introduced into Qinghai Province

用盐酸对苯二胺法对61只引入青海省小尾寒羊进行了测定。结果表明,小尾寒羊血清铜蓝蛋白酶活性为(16.47±8.07)IU/L。公、母组间的血清铜蓝蛋白酶活性差异不显著(P>0.05),但怀孕组的血清铜蓝蛋白酶活性(24.70IU/L)高于未怀孕组的(14.47IU/L),差异极显著(P<0.01)。

the Han-sheep with small tail introduced into Qinghai province were used to determinate serum ceruloplasmin activity by means of method the single radial immundiffusion.The results were as follows:serum ceruloplasim activity of the Han-sheep with small tail(16.47±8.07)IU/L.There was not significant difference between serum ceruloplasimin activity in the male and female(P>0.05),but serum ceruloplasimin activity of the pregnant Han-sheep with small tail(24.70IU/L)was very significantly higher than that of the empty pregnant (14.47IU/L)(P<0.01).
