摘要
选择给药后血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力升高率为药效学指标,对中药复方制剂“乳炎平”进行了药代动力学研究。量-效关系研究表明,在一定的给药剂量范围内,“乳炎平”对血清中SOD活力的升高率呈现量效相关;通过时-效关系,研究了“乳炎平”在小鼠体内的药代动力学特征。
The relationship between the dose of oral administration of Mastitis Ping and the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in serum was studied.The results showed that the drug had dose-dependent relationship in the SOD activity in serum after oral administration of Mastitis Ping,when the dose was within certain amount range.And the pharmacokinetics characteristic in rabbits were studied.
