摘要
研究亚硒酸钠对LH-60细胞的生长增殖和细胞浆游离钙的影响。结果表明,亚硒酸钠抑制HL-60细胞的生长增殖,对静息水平与激动剂刺激水平的胞浆游离钙均有显著的抑制作用。
The effects of sodium selenite on the cell growth and proliferation of human promyelocytic leukemia cell line (HL-60 cells)and on the cytosolic free calcium in the same cells were examined. The results showed that sodium selenite significantly inhibited the cell growth and proliferation and decreased the basal level of [Ca^(2+)]i and the ATP-stimulated [Ca^(2+)]i in HL-60 cells.
