摘要
7例预激综合征合并其他器质性心脏病患者手术治疗,疗效显著2例,有效4例,无效1例,无手术死亡。
Surgical treatment of W-P-W syndrome associated with organic heart disease was reported in this paper. We summed up our experience and the results. There was a total of 7 cases. Two cases were satis- factory,four effective and one recurrent, without operative death. The author discussed the epicardial mapping,pathways management and complications and evaluated the operative results.
