摘要
欠薪已成为全国范围内侵犯劳动者权益的普遍问题,也是影响社会安定的不稳定因素。深圳率先借鉴香港的欠薪保障制度,建立了欠薪保障基金。本文试对深港两地的欠薪制度作一比较,为深圳欠薪制度的完善提出建议,希望对我国其他地方建立该制度有所裨益。
The back pay has been a widespread issue in China which infringes on laborers' rights and interests. It exists as one of the negative elements for socital stability. Shenzhen takes the lead in using the back pay guarantee system in Hongkong for reference and establishes its own back pay guarantee fund. This article is going to conduct some comparison about the back pay system in Shenzhen and Hongkong in order to table a proposal for the perfection of the back pay system in Shenzhen and wish it would benefit the establishment of such a system in other places in China.
