On Building the Practical Modes of Clinical Legal Education in Our Country

诊所法律教育模式的内容与特点是通过诊所教师指导学生参与法律实际应用的过程,培养学生的实际能力,促进学生对法律的深入理解,培养学生的法律职业意识。作者考察了我国诊所法律教育模式实施中存在的一些制约因素,指出我国实施诊所法律教育需要在经费支持、课程设置、教学方法等方面进行改革与完善。

The content and character of Clinical Legal Education modes is to cultivate students' practical competence,promote students' comprehension of the law deeply, and cultivate the idea of legal career intentions by taking part in the practical application of the law with the direction by the teacher. This paper probes into some restrictive elements to build Clinical Legal Education modes in our country.It concludes that we should reform and improve aspects such as funding support,subjects arrangements,and teaching methods to enforce Clinical Legal Education.
